La technique algorithmique traditionnelle utilis\u00e9e pour calculer la saturation en oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 partir d\u2019information spectrale est la r\u00e9gression lin\u00e9aire. Ainsi, le signal lumineux revenant du fond de l\u2019\u0153il du patient peut \u00eatre assimil\u00e9 \u00e0 une combinaison lin\u00e9aire des spectres de tous ses constituants mol\u00e9culaires photoabsorbants importants, comme par exemple l\u2019h\u00e9moglobine oxyg\u00e9n\u00e9e et d\u00e9soxyg\u00e9n\u00e9e. D\u2019autre part, de larges quantit\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es sont n\u00e9cessaires pour former un r\u00e9seau neuronal. Le d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait donc de trouver des moyens novateurs de cr\u00e9er des ensembles de donn\u00e9es sur lesquels un r\u00e9seau pourrait \u00eatre entra\u00een\u00e9 et test\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Cr\u00e9ation de donn\u00e9es simul\u00e9es<\/h3>\n<p>Des spectres lumineux compos\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9s virtuellement en combinant les spectres simul\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rents constituants pr\u00e9sents dans le fond de l\u2019\u0153il (Figure 2 ci-dessous), et ce en faisant varier au maximum leur pr\u00e9sence th\u00e9orique. Conclusion : le CNN utilis\u00e9, form\u00e9 sur les spectres simul\u00e9s, donne de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats que les techniques d\u2019oxym\u00e9trie (in vivo et in vitro) traditionnelles, donnant une erreur moyenne et un \u00e9cart-type inf\u00e9rieurs aux algorithmes traditionnels bas\u00e9s sur la r\u00e9gression lin\u00e9aire.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019IA pour \u00e9valuer le m\u00e9canisme d\u2019autor\u00e9gulation oculaire<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019autor\u00e9gulation est le m\u00e9canisme adaptatif par lequel le syst\u00e8me vasculaire agit en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents stimuli pour r\u00e9guler la teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne au sein des tissus. Au niveau oculaire comme ailleurs dans le corps, les variations de la saturation en oxyg\u00e8ne au fil du temps ou suite \u00e0 un stimulus peuvent donner des informations tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieuses sur la dynamique de l\u2019autor\u00e9gulation, sachant que celle-ci peut \u00eatre alt\u00e9r\u00e9e dans de nombreuses maladies. En combinant ces informations provenant de diff\u00e9rentes caract\u00e9ristiques du fond de l\u2019\u0153il, Zilia Ocular, propuls\u00e9e par l\u2019IA, a le potentiel d\u2019\u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour le diagnostic pr\u00e9coce et la prise en charge des maladies oculaires telles que le glaucome, la r\u00e9tinopathie diab\u00e9tique et la d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence maculaire.
